80% for those teens consuming low quality diet as compared to those having
balanced food.
Limiting feeding window as in case of Intermittent Fasting will
benefit from the effect of Autophagy.
- Sleep - Sleep is like pressing a refresh button of the body. Memory solidifies when the person sleeps .
- Enjoy Sunshine- Sunlight can help to spike your Serotonin level, which can help to better the mood and improve the ability to concentrate.
