Let’s analyze both the sides UNBIASEDLY. ....
Vegans:-
- Base of their argument - the milk that humans are consuming is made for Calf, not for them.
- In early days of life, like every organism on the planet earth, Calves also grow rapidly. To support the fast growth of the body, extra nutrients are supplied to them via Milk by mother.
- The same case is
with Humans, who produce Milk to feed their little one and then they stop
producing it after sometime - around 2.5 years.

Humans are the only organism on
the Earth, who consumes the milk of other mammal. And drink it all their life.
- Also, before agricultural revolution, Humans were not including Dairy products in their diet and they were completely Hale and hearty.
Lactose Intolerance:--
- Lactose is the type of sugar molecule made up of Glucose and Galactose, found in Dairy products.
- As an infant, our body produces an enzyme called Lactase that breaks down Lactose from Mother’s Milk.
- However, when the person becomes Adult, he loses his capacity to digest lactose because body no longer produces lactase at middle age.

- Studies have claimed that, humans also will get disturbance in Hormonal levels after consuming the milk of hormonally disturbed Cows.
- This has made Diabetes Mellitus, Osteoporosis and Hypothyroidism common among general public.
Benefits of Dairy Products:-
- Milk contains number of nutrients necessary for human growth and survival. It has complete protein, which means that it has all the Amino acids required for proper function of the body.
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) recommended that each adult should consume atleast 3 servings of Dairy products everyday and child should consume 2-2.5 ounces per day, depending upon age.

- Calcium in the Milk will be helpful in prevention of Osteoporosis and make the Bones strong. Also, it is helpful for Muscle contraction and nerve signal transmission.
- Apart from that other trace elements like phosphorous and magnesium are in
the Dairy products.
- Saturated fats are present in full fat dairy products such as whole milk, butter, and cream.
- The American Heart Association (AHA) says that saturated fats can lead to high cholesterol and heart disease. As a result, many full fat dairy products do not appear in heart-healthy diet recommendations.
- A study concluded that consuming Yogurt will decrease the risk of developing Diabetes Type 2 by 23%.
- Consumption of Dairy products will lead to production of Insulin and IGF – 1, which is associated with certain type of Cancers.
